What's on this site is general information about our services and isn't a binding offer. We try hard to keep it accurate, but we can't guarantee it's complete or up to date at every moment.

Please don't copy, republish or reuse the design, text or code of this site without our written permission.

Each project starts with a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, stages and commercial terms. We start work once you've accepted it in writing.

Bigger builds and migrations begin with a paid discovery stage. You come out of it with a documented architecture and a stage-by-stage quote for the rest of the work.

Any change to the scope is agreed in writing before we do it.

Once the relevant invoices are paid, the client owns the custom code, configuration and documentation we produce for their project. Third-party extensions and platforms stay under their own licences.

Client systems, data and business information are confidential to us. We'll sign a non-disclosure agreement if you ask. The case studies on this site don't name the clients.

Our liability on each project is set out in that project's contract. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

These website terms are governed by Romanian and European Union law, unless a project contract says otherwise.
