Magento and Shopify for German merchants

Magento agency for German, Austrian and Swiss shops

We build and look after Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce shops in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. That covers B2B, DACH multi-store setups, ERP connections, updates and ongoing development. We're in the EU, we'll sign an AVV before we touch customer data, and that data doesn't leave the EU through us.

01

DSGVO and data processing

We're based in the EU and work directly on your servers. You get an AVV before any job that involves personal data, and we only ask for the access that job actually needs.

02

Breach handling under DSGVO

The 72-hour DSGVO deadline starts the moment you know personal data may be exposed. Our incident report gives you and your Datenschutzbeauftragter what you need to decide whether to notify.

03

Local payment methods

German shoppers want PayPal, Klarna, Rechnung and Lastschrift. We set up and repair PayPal, Klarna, Mollie, Stripe and Adyen modules, and we're used to fixing the checkout errors that turn up after an update.

04

Magento versus Shopware

In Germany, Shopware is usually the other option on the table. If you're thinking about switching, we'll look at your actual store and tell you what staying on Magento 2 would take compared with moving.

05

Accessibility and legal text

Since June 2025 the European Accessibility Act covers many online shops. We fix accessibility problems in Magento and Shopify themes and tidy up the legal pages and checkout wording German shops are expected to have.
