Yes. One case study is a fashion retailer with en_US, en_CA and fr_CA store views. We upgraded Magento from 2.4.5 to 2.4.6, got Braintree card payments working again on every store view and removed malicious scripts earlier developers had missed. We wrote up each risk for the owner in plain English.

Can you test French store views properly?

Yes. After every upgrade or deploy we open each store view in a real browser and check translations, number and date formats, tax display and checkout. A store view on a different locale can lose all its CSS in a standard deploy, so we look for that before release. We also place a real order in French and in English.

What time zone do you work in?

We're in Europe, and our day overlaps Eastern Time mornings and early afternoons, which is plenty for calls and sign-offs. Releases go out when your store is quiet, and retainer clients get seen first if something breaks.

We handle the technical side. We stop the attack, clean up, find how they got in and write a report covering the dates affected and the data involved. Whether you report under PIPEDA or provincial law is up to you and your legal adviser, and the report gives you what you need to decide. We save the evidence before cleaning so the findings can be checked later.
