How do you work with Nordic merchants?

We do Magento 2 builds, multi-currency and B2B stores, migrations, upgrades to 2.4.9 and ongoing work on a monthly retainer. Each stage is quoted up front, every change is tested on a copy of your store before it goes live, and you get a changelog. If you have an in-house team or another agency, we're happy to work alongside them.

Can you fix Klarna or Nets checkout issues?

Yes. Klarna and Nets often break after an upgrade because a module is out of date, the API has changed or a setting went missing. We get payments running again first, then fix the cause and test every payment method in every currency before release. The changelog records what we changed and why.

Do you work with stores selling in several Nordic currencies?

Yes. In Magento we set up store views, price scopes and currency rules. On Shopify we use Markets. Either way each country gets the right price, tax and rounding, with VAT OSS for EU sales and VOEC for Norway. We place test orders in every market before anything goes live.

What time zone do you work in?

We're on EET, an hour ahead of Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen, so our days line up almost exactly. Releases go out when your store is quiet, and retainer clients get looked at first when something breaks.
